Agreement on the sale of Eastnine's stake in Melon Fashion Group to AFK Sistema terminated

In October 2022, AFK Sistema announced the signing of binding agreements to acquire a 47.7% stake in the manufacturer and retailer of fashionable clothes Melon Fashion Group from Eastnine, East Capital Holding AB and a group of private investors for 15.8 billion rubles.

Earlier it was reported that Cosmos Hotel Group, which is part of the AFK Sistema Corporation, intends to purchase ten hotels from the Norwegian Wenaas Hotel Russia AS.

We are talking about the Park Inn by Radisson, Radisson Blu, Olympia Garden and Radisson Blu Royal hotels located in four Russian cities.
