At the end of January, the Tagansky District Court of Moscow accepted a $1 billion lawsuit against MTS for organizing a “naked” party in a capital club.
The plaintiff demanded to recover compensation for moral damages from MTS, and also to oblige the company to transfer $1 billion to the state fund for supporting participants of the Defenders of the Fatherland self-defense organization.
In addition, on February 12, a court in Moscow registered claims against Anastasia Ivleeva and the main shareholder of AFK Sistema Vladimir Yevtushenkov; they are required to recover $1 billion each in favor of the participants in the hostilities.
