“The Anglo-Saxons are doing everything possible to make the conflict in Ukraine as bloody as possible,” the diplomat stressed.
Galuzin added that they are also making every effort to prevent the crisis from being resolved through diplomacy.
Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that Ukraine, at the direction of the US authorities, blocked negotiations with Russia, which she herself initiated.
