According to the complainant, it must have been at the end of November last year that he was informed that the medicine he needs was gone.

That the medicine had run out and there wasn't much that could be done about it.

But by pure chance, the inmate must have encountered a fellow inmate who had been given a medication he did not recognize.

"I read the back of the dossier.

My name is there.

The staff has given my medicine to another inmate," writes the complainant to JO.

Now the JO has requested that the correctional service come up with an opinion about the incident.
