A video clip documented hundreds of Japanese people going out to celebrate in the street, as they seemed not to believe what happened during the match, adhering - at the same time - to traffic rules to avoid car congestion.

In another clip, two fans appeared wearing the national team's shirt, crying fervently after the final whistle of the match, and making sure that it was settled with two goals against the German "machines".
One of the fans suffered nosebleeds, affected by the intense pressure and crying after the match, in a sign indicating his disbelief at the end of that historic match.

On the other hand, the German national team suffered its 23rd loss, compared to 67 victories and 20 draws, in its participation for the 20th time in the World Cup.
