“Tomorrow, November 22… scheduled shutdowns will be applied in all regions of Ukraine,” RIA Novosti reports.
The company added that the power system has not yet fully recovered and is not able to operate at full capacity.
Earlier, Maxim Timchenko, CEO of the private Ukrainian energy company DTEK, urged citizens to leave the country in order to reduce the load on the energy system.
