SMHI has issued an orange warning for snowfall for northern Kalmar county's coastal land and parts of central Kalmar county.

Up to 35 centimeters of snow was expected locally.

Cars in the ditch

The rescue service in Oskarshamn had only been out in the early afternoon on a matter of fallen trees on E22.

- But there are many cars in the ditch.

I myself had a hard time getting to work.

I was stuck and my colleague also had problems due to trees that fell across the road, says Jerker Strömquist.
