It was in 1994. Just survivors of the genocide, Tutsi women are once again struck by horror.

When soldiers, sent by France for a humanitarian mission called "Operation Turquoise", arrive in the refugee camps of Murambi and Nyarushishi, in Rwanda, they are savagely kidnapped from their tents in the middle of the night, then raped in groups, taken in photo, and many other atrocities.

Almost thirty years later, they open up, facing the camera, and tell how French soldiers marked them forever by the violence and atrocity of their acts.

Moving testimonies collected by the Franco-Rwandan writer and singer Gaël Faye and the director Michael Sztanke.
