“Yesterday, during our negotiations, we discussed the entry of Russian grain and fertilizer into the world markets,” RIA Novosti quotes Erdogan as saying in an interview with Al Haber.

He added that at the first stage, Somalia, Sudan and Djibouti should receive these products.

Earlier, Erdogan said that he had agreed with Russia to reopen the grain corridor.

The Russian Defense Ministry has confirmed that Moscow is resuming participation in the grain deal.

According to the ministry, Kyiv gave written guarantees not to use the grain corridor for military purposes.
