According to him, the Ukrainian troops were thrown back to their original positions as a result of fire damage and successful actions of the Russian Armed Forces.
Stremousov added that at least 18 fighters and four armored vehicles were destroyed.
Earlier, he said that Russian troops were holding the line in the Kherson region, and all attempts by Ukrainian troops to break through were being thwarted.
