Sudan.. A protester was shot dead during protests in Khartoum
A protester was killed on Sunday during protests organized in the Sudanese capital, according to a statement by the Central Committee of Sudanese Doctors against the military coup, two days before the first anniversary of the coup.
The Doctors Committee said in a statement, "The spirit of a demonstrator, whose data has not been confirmed, rose a while ago, after he was shot in the chest by security forces after participating in a demonstration today, Sunday in Khartoum." Noting that the number of demonstrators killed since the implementation of the military coup in October 2021 has risen to 118 dead.
