According to a subpoena from the committee, Trump has until Nov. 4 to turn over documents related to the storming.

In addition, he must appear to testify around November 14.

In a letter addressed to Trump, the committee writes that he "personally orchestrated" the storming of the US Capitol.

If Trump refuses to agree to the demands, he risks being sentenced to prison.

His former adviser Steve Bannon was recently convicted of contempt of Congress after refusing to testify before the committee.
