“There is no excitement on the border with Kazakhstan in the Altai Territory, including from men of military age,” the press service said.

The situation is similar in the Republic of Tyva, Omsk and Novosibirsk regions.

Earlier, the Border Service of the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan reported an increase in the number of Russians entering the country.
