Meanwhile, he called it immoral to sell weapons or get rid of weapons that are no longer needed. 

Earlier, US State Department spokesman Ned Price said that the weapons that the American side supplies to Kyiv are intended solely for the "defense of Ukrainian territory."

The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, during the briefing, stressed that the United States would become a party to the conflict if longer-range missiles were supplied to Kyiv.
