“On September 15, at a meeting in Makhachkala, the Council of the FPA of the Russian Federation adopted a decision annulling the status of lawyer Elman Pashayev.
It was also decided to oblige the Council of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania to terminate the status of the lawyer of the chairman of the qualification commission and create a working commission to investigate violations of the law in the Bar Association of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania.
The status of Pashayev's lawyer has already been terminated four times, the last time in September 2020, the agency reminds.
