According to information on the official website of the trade union, the organization was created in March 2016 as a reaction to the attack on a bus with journalists and human rights activists on the border of Chechnya and Ingushetia.
Journalist Ksenia Sobchak previously reported that the police were checking one of her channels because of complaints about promoting non-traditional relationships among teenagers.
In August, the Lefortovo Court of Moscow recognized the legality of an administrative fine against Russian journalist and blogger Yuri Dudy* for promoting non-traditional sexual relations among minors.
