Signing of an understanding between Dubai Human Resources and Harvard College Club

His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Supreme Chairman of the Emirates Group, and Secretary General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, Dr. Nayef Falah Mubarak Al-Hajraf, witnessed yesterday, at Emirates Towers in Dubai, the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Department of Human Resources of the Government of Dubai The Harvard Business School Club in the Gulf region, with the aim of transforming Dubai into a hub for talent, supporting innovation, and attracting the best minds to the emirate, thus contributing to consolidating its position as a regional center for talented people in various fields.
The MoU was signed by Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of the Dubai Government's Human Resources Department, and Saleh Abdullah Lootah, President of Harvard Business School Club in the Gulf Region.
The memorandum aims to establish a regulatory framework that defines the mechanism of cooperation between the two parties, and establish a committee to help formulate and promote constructive partnerships and interaction between the Harvard Business School Club and the Dubai Government Human Resources Department, with a focus on supporting and accelerating the programs provided by the government.
The agreement also aims to benefit from the visions and ideas of the relevant members of the Harvard Business School Club, to meet the most pressing regional challenges, in addition to bringing together experts from various sectors of the club to facilitate discussion and dialogue, and contribute to creating solutions to the challenges facing the governments of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
The two parties agreed to exchange knowledge, experiences, best practices and institutional experiences at all levels with federal and local government institutions and distinguished regional and international companies.
