  "Human Resources Service Micro-Major" is jointly constructed by Southwest University of Political Science and Law and China Chongqing Human Resources Service Industry Development Research Institute.

  According to reports, micro majors are a new talent training model launched by some universities in recent years. In addition to the existing undergraduate major catalogs of universities, micro majors are based on the needs of economic and social development for talents and focus on a specific professional field, research direction or Core competencies, refining a set of core courses.

  “This micro major aims to cultivate professional, comprehensive and innovative talents who can engage in various management operations and service businesses in the human resources service industry.” said the person in charge of the human resources service micro major of Southwest University of Political Science and Law.

  What are the main employment directions in the human resources service industry?

In the view of the person in charge, human resources recruitment, labor dispatch, human resources outsourcing, human resources education and training, senior talent search, human resources background investigation, human resources management consulting and talent assessment, human resources information software services, etc. are all future employment direction.

  According to data provided by China Chongqing Human Resources Service Industry Development Research Institute, there are currently nearly 4,000 human resources service agencies in Chongqing, employing 33,000 people, but the proportion of personnel with professional titles in human resources management is less than 3%.

There is a large demand for talents in the human resources service industry, and the contradiction between supply and demand of talents in the industry is prominent."
