Earlier, the head of diplomacy of the European Union, Josep Borrell, said that the foreign ministers of 27 EU countries decided to freeze the visa facilitation agreement with Russia.

The Russian Foreign Ministry said that Moscow reserves the right to retaliate in connection with the EU decision to suspend the visa facilitation agreement.
