“Minister of Finance Chrystia Freeland announced the allocation of a $350 million loan to Ukraine to support the purchase of fuel needed for the winter period,” RIA Novosti quoted the statement as saying.

It is noted that the loan is going to be allocated through the International Monetary Fund.

Earlier, the mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, warned residents of the city that in the coming heating season, the temperature in the houses could be below normal.
