“The court ruled: to satisfy the investigator’s petition, to choose a measure of restraint in the form of detention,” said judge Natalia Dudar.
It is noted that the term of arrest is set until September 11.
Earlier, the court received material on the petition of the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the arrest of Gurovich, who is charged under paragraph “c” of Part 3 of Art.
286 of the Criminal Code of Russia.
According to the investigation, the damage in the criminal case of Gurovich exceeded 320 million rubles.
