Earlier, RIA Novosti, citing a source, reported that a criminal case had been opened against Andrei Gurovich for malfeasance. 

In May, Russian President Vladimir Putin dismissed Andrei Gurovich from the post of deputy head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
