Mizintsev stressed that local residents are forbidden to leave their apartments, and all attempts by citizens to evacuate to safe areas are severely suppressed by the Ukrainian military.
Earlier, Mizintsev informed that the militants of the Ukrainian armed formations mined the side of the asphalt road near Krivoy Rog and did not notify the local residents about this.
