“Preliminarily, there are victims,” the ministry said in a statement.
The fire is said to have been extinguished.
According to the regional governor Alexei Russkikh, five people were injured.
“Three were hospitalized in the Kuzovatovskaya Central District Hospital, two people refused hospitalization,” he wrote in his Telegram channel.
Earlier it was reported that a fire broke out in the warehouse of a fish cannery in Tatarstan.
