Knowing that Akhniaz had no fixed job, Liu Chuncheng helped him introduce the job, and he usually helped him with his children's studies, which earned him recognition with sincerity and hard work.

  When visiting the house, the villagers reported the problem of street lights the most, and Liu Chuncheng also had a deep understanding: "There is only one light at a long distance, and some are still broken.   In the Spring Festival of 2020, as the youngest cadre in the village team, Liu Chun should have returned to his hometown to reunite with his relatives, but he voluntarily gave up the opportunity to go home for the Chinese New Year and applied to stay in the village team and devote himself to epidemic prevention and control.

  "I want to help more children get out of the mountains"

  From Chibi, Hubei to Enshi, and then to Guizhou, 24-year-old Cui Jiaxin has 4 teaching experiences.

Especially after being rooted in Yuqing, Guizhou for one year, she has a deeper understanding of the word "support education": "Love is the origin and destination of education. I am very fortunate that I can practice it while feeling it."

  Jiaxin Cui is a postgraduate student at Central China Normal University.

When it comes to teaching support, she bluntly said that she was influenced by her teacher: "From childhood to adulthood, the teacher is like a lamp, guiding me all the time. I also have a teacher dream and want to help more people."

  In 2017, Cui Jiaxin, who was still an undergraduate student at the time, became a probationary party member.

In order to be able to exercise at the grassroots level, she used the summer vacation time to teach in Chibi and Enshi successively. During this time, she and her classmates went to the villagers' homes to spend the night, built a floor bed in the government office, and even slept in a sleeping bag.

Although she suffered a lot, Cui Jiaxin still persevered and wanted to challenge herself further.

  In August 2019, as a member of the 21st Postgraduate Teaching Team of Chinese Youth Volunteers, Cui Jiaxin resolutely set foot on the hot land of Guizhou and went to Tashan Middle School in Yuqing County, Zunyi City to carry out a one-year teaching support.

  "Before I came, the school specially organized training in advance, involving education and teaching, political theory, administrative management, safety education, etc. I also signed up for the National Teaching Skills Competition to train with the competition." Although I made careful preparations, I just arrived. At Tashan Middle School, Cui Jiaxin was arranged to teach English, but he was still a little caught off guard, "I am a physics student, and now I have to change my identity immediately and be in charge of English classes for 189 children in 3 classes, one of which is a special sports class, and the span is really small.   Tashan Middle School is an independent senior middle school in Yuqing County, which was completed and put into use in 2014.

Due to the weak teachers and poor quality of students, the children here are generally deviated from the English foundation.

  "In the first monthly test, the English grades of the three classes were in the lower reaches, which really gave me a disgrace." Seeing the situation of the children in front of him, Cui Jiaxin understood the purpose of the school, "What is missing in the school, what are you teaching? This is the meaning of teaching support. If you can use a year of youth to achieve these children, it will be worth it no matter how hard it is!”

  Cui Jiaxin immediately contacted her family and sent her previous English notes and textbooks.

She also used video learning to enrich teaching methods and content, and strive to make the class lively and interesting. "At least 3 classes a day, either in class or in preparation, often busy until the early morning."

  Seeing that the children's learning has just picked up, the sudden epidemic disrupted the plan.

Fortunately, these children are very competitive, and their English scores have steadily improved.

During the final exam, all three classes were at the forefront of similar classes, and Cui Jiaxin was so happy that she couldn't wait to hear it.

  In addition to English teaching, Cui Jiaxin also expanded the content of volunteer teaching and tried his best to provide more services for children.

"The 'Huabo School' was established in the relocation site for poverty alleviation and relocation. Before leaving, the students had a lot of imagination about the west, but when they arrived at the destination, their partners were a little disappointed. "The hardware environment of the school is much better than imagined. Do they not need our help so much?"

  However, when Zhou Yanling and her friends got to know the situation in depth, they found out that there are too many children in need of help here.

Zhou Yanling paid great attention to children with autism, making them feel love and warmth.

"Xiaoxue, go home with grandma." One day after school, the scene of the elderly grandma picking up her granddaughter touched Zhou Yanling.

She learned that Xiaoxue lived with her elderly grandmother and sick grandfather since her childhood because her father passed away and her mother remarried.

On the occasion of a home visit, Zhou Yanling walked into Xiaoxue's house. It was an 8-square-meter rental house with dim lighting. Cooking, eating, and reading were all in the same room.

  "Some volunteers mainly send money and things. In fact, in addition to material support, what the children lack is spiritual care and support." Zhou Yanling was deeply touched by the remarks of the school colleagues.

  Many students in the primary school supported by Zhou Yanling are in trouble due to illness, intergenerational parenting, foster care by relatives, single parent bereavement and other issues. Seeing the innocent smiling faces of the children, Zhou Yanling and her friends were very relieved.
