It is noted that in the last two cases, this also applies to bus and tram drivers.

In addition, in accordance with the amendments, the employer, in the presence of relevant information from law enforcement agencies, will be obliged to suspend drivers suspected of committing these crimes from work for the entire period of criminal proceedings.
