Putin signed a law banning the dismissal of widows of SVO participants for a year. Similar conditions are introduced for widowers whose military wife died in the Northern Military District zone.

The document was published on the legal information portal of the Russian State Duma. It is clarified that the widow cannot be dismissed within one year from the date of death of the spouse.
