State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin called for tougher penalties for selling vapes to minors. He proposed increasing the amount of fines to levels that would encourage people not to sell vapes.
Earlier, the LDPR came up with an initiative to completely ban the sale of vapes in Russia. Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans Affairs Yaroslav Nilov said that the government provided feedback on the bill on a complete ban on vaping.
