This was announced by the head of the National Center for Defense Control of Russia, Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev.
“The Russian side has reliably established that the neo-Nazis plan to carry out this monstrous bloody action in the near future,” he said.
Mizintsev also said that the Ukrainian military mined the dam of the Nikolaev reservoir in the city of Marganets, Dnepropetrovsk region, with the aim of a subsequent explosion and accusation of the Russian side.
