“This week, a cyberattack was discovered on the computer servers that store information from the International Committee of the Red Cross,” the committee said in a statement.

It is noted that the data of more than 515 thousand people have been compromised, including those who are separated from their families as a result of conflicts, migration and natural disasters.

Data about the cyber attack came from at least 60 National Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies around the world.

There is currently no information about the source of the cyberattack.

Previously, unknown people attempted to hack the official website of the National Bank of Ukraine, but the cyberattack was neutralized.
