This is reported by TASS with reference to the draft law developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

"Before entering the territory of the Russian Federation, diplomatic missions and consular offices of the Russian Federation, if technically feasible, carry out fingerprinting and photographing of foreign citizens," the document says.

It follows from the draft law that foreigners are subject to fingerprinting and photographing at checkpoints across the Russian state border.

Violators will be held accountable.

Earlier, the president of Miratorg, Viktor Linnik, said that an increase in the salaries of Russians could be achieved by limiting quotas on the import of labor migrants.
