“In order to stimulate and support citizens who are ready for adoption or have already adopted a child from the center for promoting family education, I ask you to evaluate the feasibility of adding a new category of beneficiaries to this list, namely individuals who have adopted or taken care of a child who will be able to use a privilege in payment of land tax before the onset of majority of a child adopted into the family, ”the text of the appeal says.
