As noted, in the lawsuit filed on February 19, Kiev accuses Moscow of "political killings of opponents", but there are no specific charges in it.
This is already the ninth appeal to the ECHR from Ukraine against Russia.
In January, it was reported that the ECHR recognized Ukraine's complaint as partly admissible due to the entry of Crimea into Russia and will continue to consider it.
At the same time, as emphasized in the Russian Ministry of Justice, a number of the charges put forward were recognized as unproven.
