16 American states filed a lawsuit against Biden's decision to suspend the export. Later, Reuters stated that the United States could lift the ban on LNG export in order to agree on assistance to Ukrainian. The Biden administration believes that Republicans in the House of Representatives should support the bill, which provides funding for Ukraine.
