Kiel (dpa / lno) - The number of reported new corona infections per 100,000 inhabitants in seven days has fallen further in Schleswig-Holstein: to 68.7.
At the same time, there were 27 more reported corona deaths within one day - and thus 2 more than on the previous Tuesday.
This is evident from the data published by the Ministry of Health in Kiel on Tuesday evening (data status: February 2, 8:55 p.m.).
The number of people who have died with or from Corona since the start of the pandemic in the state rose to 944.
A week earlier, the incidence value was 92.5 - so it has fallen significantly.
The target is less than 50 new infections per 100,000 inhabitants in seven days.
248 further corona diseases were registered within one day.
Exactly a week earlier, that number was 558.
According to the information, 501 corona patients are currently being treated in hospitals in Schleswig-Holstein, 96 of them in intensive care, 58 with ventilation.
The number of those who have recovered is estimated at around 30,000.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, there have been 36,547 proven corona infections in the state.
