The victim, a 26-year-old African football player, said that he was walking on his way to a position in which he left his vehicle, and the accused (arrested) stopped him and offered him massage services, and he told her that he did not want to, which angered her, so she pushed him with both hands. Then he was surprised at a woman who severely removed the neck chain from his neck, and another tried to grab his mobile phone, so he fell on the ground, trying to hold on to the phone, so one of them bit him and another took his wallet from his pocket.

He added that he felt afraid because of their assaults on him, so he fled the place, called for a friend of his, and returned to the same place that witnessed the incident. He saw the accused and grabbed her, and took her to the Nayef police station, then went to Dubai Hospital, where he received treatment, and returned to the center to make his statements. Stating that a number ranging from seven to 10 women participated in the assault on him.

For his part, a witness from the Dubai police said in the investigations of the Public Prosecution that he took note of the statement of the defendant, which the accused brought himself to the police station, and it was found through the investigation that she attacked him, assaulted him, bitten him in his hand, and seized the movables that were in his possession, with the help of others.
