"Vladimir Solodov won 80.51% of the vote," TASS quotes the chairman of the regional electoral commission Inga Irinina.
It is noted that 100% of the protocols were processed, including digital ones.
The results will be officially announced on 15 September.
Earlier it was reported that Vladimir Solodov is gaining 80.51% of the vote in the governor's elections after processing 99.68% of the protocols.
