The woman and man were arrested in November and have been detained for seven months. Now the investigation is complete and on Monday, prosecutor Maria Rensfelt filed the lawsuit at Eksjö District Court.
The woman is now being prosecuted for several different cases of gross rape against children, gross sexual abuse of children and also for abusive photography. The man is being prosecuted for several instances by the instigator because the prosecutor believes he has urged the woman to commit the acts.
There are two different young children, to whom the woman has a realtion, who should have been subjected to the abuse. Both the woman and the husband have both denied crimes during questioning.
