The National Police has been deployed since eight in the afternoon on Calle de Nuñez de Balboa, in the Salamanca district of Madrid, before the start of the protest against the Government. Agents have been deployed all over the street asking citizens not to invade the street but without identifying anyone.

"This seems today a demonstration of police and journalists," said one woman.

At 8:30 pm, the neighbors came down to the street asking for the resignation of the Government and shouting "freedom". Citizens have invaded the street road, between Ramón de la Cruz and Ayala streets, wearing Spanish flags, and sounding saucepans to call for Sánchez's resignation at the cry of "freedom".
