The program will send text messages to beneficiaries in batches from each category separately, in which it clarifies the mechanism of benefiting from housing support to help beneficiaries complete the related procedures, to benefit from housing support under the current circumstances.

The Council also reviewed a decision regarding the organization of work in projects affected by precautionary measures to limit the spread of the new Corona virus, which allows the program to agree to extend the implementation of projects to cover the period resulting from precautionary measures taken in the country to limit the spread of the virus, whether at the request of the contractor On the implementation of the project, the contractor or the consultant supervising the implementation, or based on the suppliers of the materials involved in the implementation of housing projects, or at the discretion of the program.

During the meeting, he reviewed a map of a group of lands granted to the program to create new residential neighborhoods within the future plans of the program, and start the procedures related to planning them according to the procedures followed, in coordination with the relevant authorities in Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah and Fujairah, as it will include the new housing project in the Batin Al Samar area in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah 1000 residences, while the new project in the Khorfakkan region in the Emirate of Sharjah will include 365 residences, and the new residential neighborhood in Dibba Al-Fujairah will include approximately 456 residences.

In addition, the Council reviewed the recommendations related to decisions of beneficiaries of housing support decisions, based on cooperation agreements between the program and other bodies concerned with housing support, and on the statistics of decisions, projects and exchange statistics in the first half of 2019.
