The Government chaired by Pedro Sánchez has bought face masks worth 20 million euros to face the coronavirus-related health crisis from a company controlled by an entrepreneur who appears in the so-called Paradise Papers with offshore companies in Malta . The largest contract has been managed through Adif and amounts to 12.5 million euros for five million masks. Although the European Union does not consider Malta a tax haven, it has a very loose tax regime
