Earlier, the HRC proposed to make free parking for the duration of the holiday regime in the country.
As the council specified, these days the traffic flow has noticeably decreased and there are free places on the streets in the paid parking zone that could be taken by citizens who are forced to go to work, as well as volunteers and doctors.
