The 2024 "Shanghai Cherry Blossom Festival" will be held at Gucun Park from March 11 to April 15. Shanghai Baoshan Police deployed in advance to serve as "flower protectors" in view of the characteristics of this year's Cherry Blossom festival.
A new "evening cherry blossom forest" with an area of about 2,000 square meters has been added to the park. More than 60,000 tulips, crocuses and other rare bulb plants introduced from the Netherlands have been purchased.
