- We now secure the orders manually. And if it is empty today, the goods will be on the shelves again tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, says store manager Rickard Johnson at ICA Smedby in Norrköping.

How the food supply works together with hoarding is heard in the clip above.

Many bunkers now store food at home, if they are quarantined or become ill and the rice and pasta shelves are empty, because the ordering systems do not keep up with the customers' unusual buying behavior.

- But you can be calm and take it a bit carefully. Deliveries will continue to come six days a week and the food will not run out of stores.

Rickard Johnson recommends fresh produce instead of canned food because fresh produce often has a shelf life of several weeks.

- There will be goods and if the pasta shelf ends there will be fresh pasta.
