All foreigners who are not allowed to stay in the Czech Republic for more than 90 days are banned from entry on March 14 5:10

As the outbreak of the new coronavirus spreads, the Czech government on Tuesday announced that all foreigners without a stay permit of more than 90 days will be banned from entering the Czech Republic from 16th of this month.

It also prohibits Czech citizens and foreigners living in the Czech Republic who have a residence permit of more than 90 days leaving the Czech Republic.

The Czech Republic has declared an emergency on the 12th to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus.
