Since the pupil had been in close contact with a person who had tested positive for the corona virus, there was a suspicion that the pupil had also been infected.
But on Thursday, they were told that the test response was negative about the corona virus.
- It is extremely gratifying. Just in this specific case, we chose to take the safe before the uncertain based on the overall picture and thus give the students in the school building home studies pending the test result. It was simply an extra precaution for our students and staff in Education, says Anders Södergren, principal at Curt Nicolin High School.
The principals of both schools have decided to reopen the schools for regular activities as of Friday.
