The report was published on the federal portal of draft regulatory legal acts.
“This procedure establishes the rules for importing a specific consignment of unregistered drugs included in the list of diseases and conditions, and the corresponding drugs containing narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, approved by the Russian Ministry of Health,” the document says.
It is noted that “the import of unregistered narcotic and psychotropic drugs in accordance with this resolution is carried out by the Moscow State Endocrine Plant federal state unitary enterprise.
Earlier, Russian leader Vladimir Putin instructed to approve the procedure for importing unregistered drugs containing narcotic or psychotropic substances for the provision of medical care.
