According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, a man from Hong Kong who had been infected with the new coronavirus was on board and a cruise ship moored off the port of Yokohama from March 3 on a cruise ship who had symptoms such as fever and its close contacts. Testing confirmed that several people were infected with the virus.
The Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare Kato will meet at 8:30 on May 5.
