As long as Anders can remember, he has loved cultural history buildings and tried to save them. He wants to take advantage of what is and always has been, as it is part of our history.
Everything that is grown on the farm, including potatoes and carrots, is stored in its functioning cellar. The potato stays in July all the time without shrinking.
- In the summer it is perfect to have a cold drink on cooling, because it keeps the temperature so good, says Anders Lindberg.
Over the past 15 years, Anders has had no problems with pests. The reason why this is so is because he fixed a fine mesh chicken net which he folded four times and put in the ventilation.
- You have to be a little bit clever when fixing with a cellar, says Anders Lindberg.
