The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, telephoned Iraqi President Barham Salih on Saturday.
The Saudi Press Agency, SPA, reported that during the contact with President Barham Saleh, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques discussed developments in the region, stressing Saudi Arabia’s keenness on the security and stability of Iraq, the importance of calm and defusing the crisis in the region, and taking all measures to reduce tension in it.
